ok,they say that wearing a bra to sleep while they're still growing helps them to not sag.
is it true?
they also say that if u wear a bra to sleep it'll stump ur growth in that area.is that true?
so should i wear a bra to sleep or not...i dont want them to sag but i dont want them to not grow.

I don't wear a bra at all, and my breasts are perfectly perky. They will sag eventually with age ( when you hit menopause), unless you have a boob job when you get older.

No whether or not you sleep in a bra does not effect either the sag factor or the size factor those are part of your genetic makeup
There have been some studies that seem to indicate that women who sleep in bras are more likely to have medical problems involving the breasts eventually. Bras may interfere with the movement of lymph

Well hey i'm 12 and i wear a 34A and i DO NOT wear a bra to sleep this may sound weird but my mom says that the skin on ur boobs need to be able to breathe rather than suffocated in a material all day i take mine off at night and ur boobs will eventuallt sag with time unless u get a boob job but i wouldn't recomend wearing a bra to sleep in anyways it is alot more comfortable to sleep without one!!

I have never heard anything like that lol u should sleep how u want to sleep some women think wearing one at night is comfortable and some don't just sleep how u feel comfortable..... and when u get older the more u grow they will sag no matter what u do lol and depending on ur size gl and sleep well

I heard the same things when I first started wearing a bra. None of them are true. They are all old wives tales. Your boobs won't sag till you are older, and they WILL then, regardless of what you do now or then. My grandma told me that if i wore a bra all the time they would grow bigger and faster. All I have to say is ummm, nope didn't work! So wear one whenever you want or don't.

Both are false.
Don't wear a bra to sleep in, it'll hurt your skin, as that's when it breathes at night.
Sagging is from maturity. Nursing children, a large amount of weight loss/gain/loss, etc, all will contribute to it. It'sa natural thing, and nothing to stress over at any age.
I promise :) I've raised one girl, and am a girl.... lol, ok a woman.
Been tehre, worried about that.

U should not ever sleep with a bra on cuz it will effect ur growth and lata on could even effect ur back in a way.

its best to not wear a bra to bed, you are probably to young to worry about sagging! But this MYTH is mainly related to underwired bras - these are generally just uncomfortable to wear to bed! If you want get yourself a soft sports bra to wear

well i alwayz wear a bra to sleep, i guess that do stop them from sagging, but it do not stop them from growing trust me....i been wearing bras to sleep since they start growing...and my breast doesn't sag at all....but they still grew...so i hope my advice helped...good luck

i think those are lies, cuz i wear a bra to bed, and nothing really has happend. they are growing naturally and stuff, but i don't think they will stump the growth if you wear one to bed.
