Quit picking at them your freaking out...try putting some eye drops in and letting that sit for a while if that doesnt work think of something sad to make your eyes cry so that will get them wet dont sleep with your contacts in anymore and y ou proably wont be able to wear them for the rest of the day its going to burn

You are getting into trouble with some opthalmological disorders. Wash the eyes with rose water. Cover your eyes with Aloe Vera for a few minutes before you go to bed. Stop working with computer for a few days. If your problem is minor one, you would get relief. However consult a good opthalmologist for further treatment and guidance. Get well soon!

When that happens to me I just use my re-wetting drops to moisten them and slowly work them off my eyes. It's a terrifying experience, but just stay calm and gradually they'll get reconstituted enough to come right out. Just don't panic too much. If you can't get them say have another 15-30 minutes I'd call emergency services and see what they recommend.

try lens wetting solution, or crying. Don't want to sound like your mother, but you shouldn't sleep with them in....
You can replace the lenses, but not your eyes,

its a posibility that you may have dry eyes. a nother posibility that you may not be aloowed to sleep with them in your eyes even if the eye docter says its ok.

that happened to me...you're not supposed to fall asleep with your contacts in....just for future reference...

just put tons of water and eye drops in your eyes and peel them off....its gonna hurt..a lot..but the longer you wait the harder it will be to get them out.
