I went thru all this a long time ago. Everything ur going thru is normal and u probably will start your period soon. The wt gain is temporary but make sure u eat fruits & vegies & other healthy stuff. Find some exercise u really like--don't go crazy. Above all- don't diet. the body needs food while it's growing. Stay away from junk. The fat will go away.

Congratulations!! You are beginning puberty. Once you start your period, things will start to even out. You should excercise anyways because it will make your bones & muscles stronger and it actually helps with PMS and the cramping you will experience when you start your period

some kids get a little chubby right before a good growth spurt... if you are getting enough excersize and eating a proper diet i wouldnt worry about it, you will grow out of it.. but if you being a couch potatoe or puter junkie then get out and excersize and lay off the twinkies

It is completely normal, but find some sport such as basketball, swimming tennis that you can work twice a week and you don't need anything else. Don't even think of diet....

Exercise can't hurt, because you shouldn't be fat so young unless you've had a child or a miscarriage.
