Karzai was an advisor to the US oil company Unicoll...do they need Afghanistan to run a pipline through?

Do you think Karzai's government will be able to sustain power in Afghanistan given that there are probably other agendas besides installing democracy in the country?

Say what you want but to wrongs don't make a right.
Someone should only be accepted into a colledge based on his skills and not on his race.
Do you agree?

Could it be because they know their expansionist programs would not succeed against a well-armed population? Or since America is already occupying that land, they might lose their major arms supplier?

I'm sick of Canada claiming to be better than America, yet they mimic everything we do. Look at out culture. Our lifestyle. Would you believe there are Canadian wiggers. That's an American thing. Canada sucks, there are more cows there than people. Half of 'em are French too. Does Canada even have a military. Canada has no herritage, and certainly, no noble history. I just got done emailin' this moron of a Canadian. She is more anti-American than Osama himself. Semper Fi.

Of course the US won WWII, but it is very unlikely that the same will be said about the Iraq War. More likely is that the Iraq War will bankrupt the United States. The current leadership in the White House is lost and just praying between drinks of whiskey that some knight in shining armor will intervene on the Presidents behalf. I hope so, but I don't think is going to happen.
The War is lost, period. Just give up the ghost before 2500+ more GI's are dead and thousands more Iraqi also die.

After being warned of a probably disaster, Bush is asked if the government is prepared properly to help. Bush notably responds "Yes, the State and Local governments are fully prepared to deal with this emergency". Translation: Bush knew at that moment that he would not be helping New Orleans with the enormous resources at his command.

okay so i don't get it, first we try to bring "democracy" to the middle-east and look at how that's turning out now our governmenet is basically TELLING Cuba to elect their next leader. i know how supposedly cuban people aren't happy with their leader but for all we know maybe 95% of Cubans love Fidel Castro, we wouldn't know since we aren't allowed to go to Cuba. honestly how many of us Americans are happy with our leader? yeah you guys might say "Cubans are being held hostage by Fidel" my question to you is "How do you know?"

i was born in Connecticut (New England blue-blood through and through) , i also went to high school in Massachusetts and college at Yale, but i claim to be a Texan, despite not being born there or buried there when i die (i will be buried in New England where i was born) but i act like im an "aw shucks" good ol' boy from the country, even though I never lived in the country. Nowadays i spend vacation at my "ranch", that i bought in 2000 so americans would believe im a good ol' country boy from texas, even though a "ranch" normally has cattle, mine doesnt, its basically just a lot of land i can sell in 2 years. The funny thing is no one noticed my accent is totally different from my brothers and fathers, heck my wife is from texas and she doesnt sound as country as me, ya texans laugh at me but most americans believed my load of crap, twice!! Who am i?

James Earl Carter's tenure as president was disgracefully inept and very nearly catastrophic. The current state of world affairs and the rise of genocidal Islam are directly attributable to the (in)actions and policies of his administration. And yet he actually believes his "experience and success" as president give him the moral clarity and a singular insight to criticize the current administration's inability to clean up the mess left behind by the previous two presidents – a mess that sprang from the seeds left by Carter himself!

And then Jimmy Carter jets across the ocean undermining the efforts of the United States and basks in the light of media attention like some back-alley crack whore offering passers-by a "Lewinsky." When will this shameless excuse for an American silence his treacherous tongue?

Memo to U.S. Navy: Naming a submarine in honor of Jimmy Carter is akin to West Point dedicating a new wing to the memory of Benedict Arnold. However, unlike his namesake, the USS Jimmy Carter will spend much of its time silent and unobserved
