Politics - 17 August 2006

I'm going to be in a pageant soon, and I'm working on filling out my application. So far, I have: "In my free time I enjoy writing songs, taking pictures and political campaigning." I don't think that sounds right, though. Does that make it sound like I'm the one running for office? Cause, I'm definently not. I enjoy helping others campaign so how do I word that?!

We are in a war where the enemy wishes to kill thousands of innocent Americans at one time. England is a free society. Seems as if when we say Live free or die as they do in New Hampshire we are simply choosing death. I say let them tap my phone if they want I have nothing to hide. Even if I did, If I was a drug dealer anything they heard couldn't be admissible in court. Only things overheard regarding terrorism could be used against me. Thats fine for me. I choose to live free and not die at the same time.

When the democrats begin to remove the people responcible for attacking Iraq where will it end and how many will be removed and who will lead america .
Bush knows this and laughs thinking that you can not get rid of all of Us so he feels safe .IS he wrong and will we do what we have to to run this nut out of office and everyone he brought with him .

8/22 was the deadline the UN set for Iran's reply. However the Iranians are leaning towards allowing inspections at this point.

The US likely staged the 9/11 attack so it could go to war with Afganistan Iraq and so forth .

Now the UN picked the 22 for Iran to reply - it says it will .

Is America in one of it's black operations going to launch a nuclear strike in the middle east as justification for nuking the hell out of Iran?

If the world thought Iran launched or attempted to launch a nuke would it not give the US "permission" to utterly destroy Iran?

Im a little curious with the mid east crisis going on who's side is Bush on? Or is he just waiting for the mid easte to destroy each other and then move in to "help" them? Iran has said that sanctions are an act of war.The US is going to move quickly to impose sanctions ...

The price of oil will go up as a result of those sanctions (making some wealty others poor)

The North Koreans are said to be about to conduct an underground nuclear test - Iran and N Korea have a common enemy the US

Pakistan has been sanctioned for helping Iran's nuclear progam Pakistan shares a border with Iran and has nukes.

If Iran is going to light a fire under Israel would it not also attempt to do so in the US (the great Satan)?

What I don;t get is why anounce the date of Aug 22nd as the day they will respond to the US demand they stop thier nuclear program - we all know the answer will be no - and why anounce a religious date?

If you want to wage a war isn't the best way to do that tp surprise the enemy not say Oh I am coming for you on Tuesday? I realise I am thinking like a person who would want to win and then go home and that may not apply to them

The US foriegn policy is what got them the international hatred .

If the US would just stop "liberating" people wouldn't everyone be happy?

If the US is nuked from within it will be by enemies they have gone out of thier way to make . Again the world would be happier and safer if America just stayed in America.

They claim they have to save the world from petty dictators but do they ? I don't recall the UN ever asking the US to do anything if anything the UN has repeatedly asked them to stop doing things.

Who thinks the way to solve most of the international problems is for the US to go back to it's isolatioist ways and stay in America.

They pull back every last troop from these "s-hit- hole" countries and go home and stay there.

Would that not stop the attacks on the US?

I have always called myself a Democrat, but I don't agree with abortion....However, I don't neccessarily disagree with homosexuality. I am not a fan of Republicans tax cuts & things like that. It hurts me more than helps me.... And Liberals, well, I'm not sure what they even are.... I think I'm a mix of the three! Is there a name for that!? :)
