When has a one party system over worked?
look at the one party systems throughout history:

iraq-baath part
germany-nazi pary
russia and china-communist party
cambodia-khomer rouge

like it or not you need an opposite counter-part to keep your party in check and vice-versa so deal with it, otherwise you will end up with a repressive and corrupt government.

What do you hate about them. How they blame the government for
lack of oil? How they celebrate a marines death and
support insurgeants? How they right abusive things about the
leader they elected taking freedom of speech for granted etc
etc etc.

There are some controversial propositions out. For example, some states are criminilizing elective abortion and some states are legalizing medical marijuana. The federal government wants to overturn medical marijuana propositions but hasn't approached the abortion issue. Is it the right of the federal government to overturn state laws that are passed by the majority vote of the people of that state?

You know, advocating for the poor, healing the sick, comforting (not f*cking over) the elderly, teaching that children need to well cared for (not stripped of their lunches and education), advocating peace and condemning war, saying that the rich will not make it to heaven instead of advocating greed, and so on and so on, this must really p*ss you off.

add on; is it the job of the United States to resolve a 3 way civil struggle in another country- and if so, how and who (which side) do we defend?

Since Hezbollah and Lebanon are the poor victims due to the Israeli invasion and it was okay for them to launch 4,000 rockets at Israel, it would then be ok for the US to stop the invasion of millions of illegal immigrants from mexico by firing 150-200 rockets a day at them? thousands of murders, assaults, and rapes have occurred in the US throughout the last 25 yrs committed by illegal immigrants? self defense?

Basically, I allready believe the answer to this is yes, but, I will explain why I believe this is so.

#1 Until America invaded Iraq, North Korea was not using its nuclear fission reactor. During our invasion, they reactivated the reactor and it became obvious they intended to develop nukes.
Stupid Bush, rather than do something about NK and Iran decided to follow through with a costly waste of war against Iraq.

#2 Saddam Hussein WAS NOT A THREAT AGAINST AMERICA.
Saddam could talk all the sh!t he wanted to about destroying America and Israel but he had NO MONEY.
The economic sanctions levied against Iraq by Bush#1 and Clinton
basically crippled Iraq. Powell, Rice, and all the non-neo cons in the government agreed on this and can be QUOTED as saying this.

#3 hindsight - Iraq had no WMD - another Bush Lie

NOTE - I don't consider any of you Southwestern American trailer owners or you neo-con warhawks living below the poverty line for Best answer - so you can move on.

Or anywhere else out of the USA?

Why or why not? IF (and I do mean IF) a Democrat (I hope not) gets voted in during the 2008 elections, will YOU move if things don't go in a way you disagree with?

If the answer to the first question was yes (dissentors/complainers should move) but the answer to the second question is no (no, you won't move if you begin to disagree), please explain why those who disagree with YOU should stop fighting and move but you shouldn't have to move when you fight for what you believe.

Real answers as best you can.

Please, I can't stand the whole Democrat/Republican bashing crap. But I have been called a whiny liberal for disagreeing and told to move because I don't agree with the direction this country is going (true conservatives don't).

I want to know why I am being told to move when voicing an opinion but the same people didn't move when they were whining about the liberals.

Do you think politics in America is becoming too radicalized? Is the 2-party system bad? Most European countries have 5 or so MAJOR political parties. Is there no room for decent dialogue? Are we going down the tubes because of personal attacks and single issue platforms?

The poor man looks 80 instead of 60 with all those wrinkles. I guess his conscience is not letting him sleep for all the murder and illegal activities he's committed. When he goes to jail he'll die the first week he's there--he's already going downhill, no?
