Do you think she wasted her money by putting it in this venue? Where did they find a Dem/lib to spell all the words right and use proper English sentence structure? Not from their representatives in this Yahoo group. Didn't take advantage of our public school system and got left behind! Don't tell me Bubba is a Conservative and he doesn't Git'er done, either!
Do you think we'll see some fire from this?

A Senate aide was arrested Monday on charges of bringing a firearm into the Russell Senate building, U.S. Capitol police told NBC News.

Kimberly Schneider, a spokeswoman for the police, said the aide worked for Sen. Jim Webb, D-Va. He entered the building at approximately 10:50 a.m., she said, and was in possession of an unregistered firearm. He did not have a license to carry a pistol in Washington, according to Schneider.

Just curious as there seems to be quite a lot of America bashing going on. Please try and separate the government/administration of a nation from its populace. I am sure that you personally didn't agree with what ever atrocity has/was done in "your" name by your country. Every country that exists has blood on its hands or did at some point. Why blame all of America when you disagree with its president? Isn’t that like smacking a child because it’s handy rather than going after its father the bully?

They have hostages again like they did in the 70's. Most likely, they are all split up and being held in different parts of the country, so says one of the ex hostages from that time before. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is purported as having been a mastermind of the prior hostage situation, and now he's their president.

Is the troop surge in Iraq really a precursor to a war with Iran?

The Iranians want the Brits to be tried. So, if they do get tried, how would one try to figure out where exactly was their ship? This comes from someone who has no idea about navigation, so humor me. And, if it is found that they were in Iraqi waters, then the Iranians committed a hostile act, correct?

Hillary Clinton: Bill Will Run the World

If Hillary Clinton gets elected president, her "first man" may just be running the world.

Hillary gave a clear hint last week at the prospect, comments that confirm a report in R. Emmett Tyrrell Jr.’s new book "The Clinton Crack-Up: The Boy President’s Life After the White House" that Clinton has been mulling becoming Secretary-General of the United Nations. [Editor's Note: Get the "Clinton Crack-Up" FREE — Go Here Now.]

Tyrrell writes that in 2001, Clinton’s "political prospects were nil.” Still, agents assigned to his Secret Service detail would later report that Clinton was talking about getting the job as Secretary-General of the United Nations.”

Critics scoffed at the idea. But don’t laugh too long.

At a fund-raiser last week, Hillary discussed her husband’s role in a Hillary administration. She suggested it would be "illegal” to name her husband secretary of state if she becomes president, as some have asked her to do.

Instead, she said, she "can make him ambassador to the world, because we have a lot of work to do to get our country back in the standing it should be."

Perhaps Hillary would like to see her husband running the world body — the U.N. — as she runs the country.

I think if gas was taxed 100%. people would think a little more small businesses would get exemptions and people might not be as wastefull as they are with un-renewable resources if they were paying twice as much for it.
look at the programs the government could start with that money like oh, say free health care for every one.
