Your list is pretty good to me.
FDR, Kennedy ( on potential), Clinton, Carter ( again, onpotential ), Eisenhower, Truman, L BJ, then the remaining lowlifes.

Kennedy A+ Had a VISION for this country, spoke out articulately and quickly and took decisive action when the need arose.
Truman A+ Lots of help given to Countries recovering from WW2 and TOOK RESPONSIBILITY for things, something a lot of other Presidents would have been well advised to learn.
Roosevelt B+ Won WW2 by building up our military from practically nothing, although better foresight might not have got us in such a mess in the first place.
Clinton B Turned a deficit into a surplus and generally did a lot of good things. Was distracted by problems with his personal life, the Republicans should not have been on a "Witch Hunt", but he didn't need to help them by his immoral conduct.
Ford B Had "real" Conservative values unlike the present Bush. There may have been something shady with the Pardon, but it probably was the right thing to do.
Carter C+ Championed Human rights abroad and worked hard to try to bring Peace (and still does) but Economic policies were lacking.
Johnson C A lot of Civil Rights reforms, but escalated Vietnam horribly.
Eisenhower C Some people claim the best President is the one that doesn't do much of anything, that may have well been Ike.
Nixon C- Not as bad as everyone thinks. Not the first scandal-rocked administration, he just got caught (besides a little hotel break-in is NOTHING compared to what this President is getting away with). Did some good things, opened relations with China, got us out of Vietnam.
Reagan D Homelessness and Poverty rose DRAMATICALLY, did win the Cold War, sort of (really it was the people living in the Communist Countries who spoke out) but at great cost, LITERALLY (huge deficit).
Bush Sr. F Did very little, absolutely no passion when he spoke.
Bush Jr F- Has turned a surplus into a greater deficit than ALL other presidents combined. Has made NOTHING better than the way Clinton left it for him.

Every year they do a survey among historians to rank all the presidents of the United States by presidential achievements, leadership qualities, failures and faults, if just the presidents you have included on your list were ranked, this would be the order in which they would fall on the list, from best to worst:
1. FDR
2. Truman
3. Eisenhower
4. JFK
5. LBJ
6. Reagan
7. Clinton
8. Bush (current)
9. Bush (former)
10. Jimmy Carter
11. Gerald Ford
12. Richard Nixon
I would like to note that the survey is unrelated to any political group and has no particular bias.

It's all just a matter of opinion. I can tell you this, for sure: Jimmy Carter was the worst of the bunch. Ronald Reagan was the best.
