She thinks she can run the country because she already has. She made a comment during Bill's presidency about how "we are the president". Bill was much to busy running around to run the country so Hillary must have done most of the work.

Personally I do not understand how any woman can support a women who refused to divorce her husband after he repeatedly cheated on her.
