I have thought about this issue for a long time, and I can't think of any reason why decriminalization of ALL drugs is a better approach than clogging our justice system and prisons with non-violent offenders. We waste so much money enforcing what is clearly not enforceable! It only makes sense. Can you prove me wrong? And don't say because it kills, because I don't see anybody arresting Ronald McDonald, Smith and Wesson, Pesticide Companies, and automobile manufacturers. All of which kill many more people annually than drugs.

This would solve many problems:
Drug money being used for terrorism/black market
Drugs being sold to children
etc. etc. etc.

How come a country -- a flagship and an ace supporter of human and civil rights keeps supporting those who have been killing the innocent civilians for over four decades ?... been defying all types of UN Resolution and creating a state based on Religion .... after 911 those activities are taking place in a faster pace ...with Helicopters & Bulldozers ... was 911 a pre-planned conspiracy?

My history teacher started this conversation which lead to an argument of the whole class. Is America divided and why? Many blamed President Bush for the Iraq war, and we mention not being liked by other countries and being dumped all together with him. People don't agree inside the country or outside. The state i live in is Republican,a nd more than half disagree with him, but we came to the conclusion that it was ironic and heroic on how more than half of the world critiques him and even his own party, like more than 60% of US citizens dont agree , he has gotten the lowest rating any president in US history has ever gotten but still keeps his shin up and stands for what he is doing, and doesnt back down. What you think? I havent made up my mind about him, I don't dislike him him, But i think he should do or worry about America's other needs, like more about Medical aid for Americans, cause "Damn" it's expensive to get sick here. and that stupid wall over the Mexican Border....

with this administration doing as it has, and the true enemy WAS al Queda, our next strike might be an enemy because of this administration's lack of dimplomacy and downright neglect of foreiggn policy. Someone like IRAN, or someone other than who this all began with?

What do you think? Is Bush making us more of a target to more countries now?

Bush made up the whole cut and run, we cant be defeated in IRAQ...but HE KNEW GOING IN PRIOR had he listened to his advisors .. that we could not come out successful.

So it was never really a matter of success or defeat was it?

United Statesians believe that America is not a continent, United Statesians believe that there are South and North America. So why do you call Central America: Central America? Shouldn't it be called "Souther North America"?... since that according to you there is no America where Central America is in the center?

Imagine a band of heavily armed religious zealots out on a cruise who stumble upon a land of milk and honey. It is already owned by others but "God" told the zealots to slaughter all the inhabitants and steal their land and live in it. As time went on they grew and grew and stole more and more land and even brought slaves from far away places to work the land for them because they were to lazy to work it themselves. Eventually the fanatics divided from the motherland and created their own country. As the guns got bigger and better they took more and more land. To justify all this they named their victims "Insurgents" or "Terrorists" because "God" was on the fanatics side and everything they did was right. They even have a "Department of Justice". They even sing a little song
"This land is your land,
This land is my land,
This land was made for you and me."
So, in the name of "Justice", should the fanatics be required to return the land they stole?

for the Iraq war? Evidently they aren't having to much of a problem with what the President wants if they are going to add to it! According to the news they are kind of scratching each others backs over this. So I guess President Bush isn't the only one to take the hit on this one?
