Bush made up the whole cut and run, we cant be defeated in IRAQ...but HE KNEW GOING IN PRIOR had he listened to his advisors .. that we could not come out successful.

So it was never really a matter of success or defeat was it?

CORA -- point in fact -- The U.S. is losing this war, when 25000 casualties were propelled in the middle of a civil war, under false pretenses.

Th biggest losers are the familes and the fallen, that were misled intentionally

Bo-Dean, you reallydontmind this administration proplling us under false circumstances into a war, and maintaining their position, hiding all their efforts, impeding progress for some strange reason thats not understandable to the majority of americans who fail to agree with our governement after more and more details of what this administration did to lead us into a war with IRAQ, not afganistan?

What kind of person are you, that you could use aemrican lives like that?
The same kind of person bush and his republican croonies are who helped allow this, caring only about themselves,.

Lance -- reinstate the draft and raise taxes on the premise that a redeployment in IRAQ will lead to a threat thats always goingto be there.
How preverted is your twisted littlemind, whos been brainwasshed by bush andfox news?

Some people just dont get it, and sadly, some people never will.

HEY GFW -- of all those leaders and countries you say are in IRAQ -- compare how many started out in there and howmany have left.

Youll find that the major powers are not their, and youll find most are already beginning their withdrawal, which leaves very few countries

So, chekc on that and get back to me

P.S. anfd GFW - if this really was about FREEDOM! for us and the IRAQI's why would this administration have to mislead the governement and the people into belieivng this IRAQ path was a valid threat?
Instead they just made it appear as if it was.
AND, last I checked, the IRAQ oil production was at les than 50% than it was, and the people were in worse ecomonmy than was before this war started

No. The concepts of "winning" or "losing" are meaningless.

The US cannot "lose" in Iraq any more than the US can "win" in Iraq. We're the only ones setting the goals and the standards, so we're the only ones can can decide what the outcome is.

Do you enjoy your freedom?

Don't the locals in Iraq deserve to be free? There is certainly more at stake than winning or lossing. The issue is freedom.

I too question why the US has to be the leader of the free world. Don't forgot - there are many other "free" nations with troops in Iraq. Can all those leaders be wrong too?

Enjoy your freedom - it's been paid for by men and women who believed freedom is worth dying for - that means freedom for all.

Sadly, yes! Unless we stabilize Iraq it will come back to bite us in the butt. Even more sadly I don't think it can be done without reinstating the draft.

We also can't keep putting this war on daddy's credit cards. We've already buried two future generations in debt.

It's time to reinstate the draft and raise taxes.

Anyone who thinks that Bush just "made up" that argument knows nothing of military history. Any time a country has started a military campaign in another country and not finished the job, it has been a distater for their military and country.

If you honestly believe that it was never an issue of success or defeat in Iraq...well, enjoy your Kool-Aid.
