He is not very well liked around the world, maybe this is what he meant when he said he was a uniter. He has united the world against him. Heck, he isn't even very well liked here with only a 38% approval rating.

Bad US policy in Latin America and the Caribbean, years of meddling in local politics, US companies abusing workers (Coca-Cola anyone), US farm subsidies that make competition unfair, tariffs on Brazilian ethanol - those are just SOME of the reasons we would be upset.
Jealous? I think not. Disenfranchised with seemingly imperialist policies that only benefit the USA? More like it.
Watch "Life and Debt" then you will get a better picture of how we see it and why we see it that way.
