its really like a gang.
If I lived in the Ghetto, many of my actions could be dictated by gang member in my area. This is like Hezbollah right?
Even though the majority of people aren't member of Hezbollah the rest of the people have to abide by Hezbollah's shirking of the law. Gang memebers pump money into local bussiness and schools via drugs sales, but that doesn't make them heroes. Does it?
When people come into their gangs territory they defend it. Just like a gang. And because the rich upper levels of the gang survive that makes it all rosey. Just like a gang, it is 'impotent (pun intentional)' against actual military power. Sure, they can deal casualties, but mostly they use guerilla tactics and spend Lebanese infrastructure and lives.
Do you agree?
