This is not a question of whether the U.S. should be there or not. The question is strictly on a tactical level of distributing resources such as money, man power, diplomatic advice, etc. In my opinion, the U.S. has made many tactical errors, i.e. not protecting the borders, not having enough troops in theater, not systematically weeding out insurgents and terrorists, etc. The U.S. has also corruptly and inefficiently distributed resources spending our precious money in absurdly lucrative deals with only a few contractors instead of more evenly distributing the money throughout the populace. There is much more I can say on the subject but I want to read your opinions.

Why don't prisoners work in fields and do the jobs that they say american's don't want? Instead of the "chain gangs" cleaning up the side of the highways (which is a good thing) they should be doing the low-wage jobs.

No argument in that war is evil. But is it necessary?..if so, when is it not necessary.

Recent admissions by Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara under the administration of President Lyndon B. Johnson revealed, Secretary McNamara knew the war in Viet Nam was not winnable, yet he continued to draft young men who were sent to fight and too often, were killed in combat.

If we could challange the Presidency of Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, why is President Johnson and members of his Cabinet being ignored for violating the trust of the American people?

Would a civilian trial by jury or military tribunal as in Nurenburg (in which Robert McNamara would be charged with War Crimes, Crimes against the State and Crimes against Humanity) have any satisfying consequences?

Shoul we make those in government accountable for their decisions in ways other than the ballot box?

do single unemployed girls with kids get more than those who are hard working?

I have worked full time since I was 16\- Im now 27. Only recently I have changed to part time as I have had my daughter.

Anyway when i was pregnant I was working full time. I got no help from the state, goverment etc with buying things for my baby, nor did I expect it.

However a friend of a friend who is 19 and never worked a day in her life, got £500 to buy essentials from the goverment????

She actually spent this on drinking and nights out and clothing for herself. This I know for a fact. WHY WHY WHY does she get help?????

Its like saying to the young generation of this country, get pregnant, get unemployed - WE'LL SUPPORT YOU!

No wonder this country is overwhelmed with illegal immigrants wanting to get in! Where a bunch of suckers!

What other countrys do you know that actually gives you money for free??? Dont work, heres a house, heres some free cash, heres money for your kids!!!

but let me tell you now... that if those Soldiers, those BRAVE< COURAGEOUS men and women that saved the world from Hitler, they sacrificed there all for you and me to live in the world today...

I don't care what your Religious denomination is, what colour (color) you are... whether your racial preferences interfere with your sanity...

if it where not for those people... you would probably not exist...

Do you really think Hitler would have stopped in europe and Africa!

Do you think that you would be even here today to have your little squabbles over oil and religion! Or Race!

The national I.D. seems to me to be an international way of keeping track of everyone, everywhere.

No they focus all of their attention on a "few" americans killed in action. Why did I say few? Because this war has by far the fewest number of casualties of all.

Maybe Islam doesn't allow for freedom. I see women treated very differently then men in Muslim countires and maybe it's impossible to have freedom of different kinds in certain cultures. Maybe women like to be oppresssed and enslaved in certain circumstances. Maybe men do. Serbs, Tutsies etc. have killed there neighbors endlessly. How long was the Iraq/Iran war? Didn't they have children clear mine fields by walking in them? Maybe we can only live under a benevolent dictator
