Isn't that why Bush and his goons are in denial to pull out because of the ultimate embarrassment that we were wrong to invade Iraq and now we're going home with tails between our legs? So if we pull out doesn't that make us like idiots that we made a mess and let someone else fix the mess?

I always thought 9/11 was an opportunity for him because American reaction will be to support the president no matter who he might be.
Subsequently to 9/11, he used the terror alert constantly to keep support up and to increase his ratings.
