The Constitution established a House and a Senate as part of a government with three equal branches. The idea followed the British model where Parliament had a House of Lords to represent the landed and rich and a House of Commons to (supposedly) represent the average man. Since it is apparent to everyone that all Congressmen in the US are now rather well to do, most are attorneys or successful real estate or professional people in both Houses, and that average people have no chance of serving due to the practical demands of being a politician, is it time for a constitutional change to add a third house, with equal powers, shared responsibilities and a veto (requiring a 3/4 majority assent to exercise) before bills go to the executive branch. This would balance the power now weilded by the rich in our country. The method of selection of representatives would not be an election to insure not perpetuating the mess we have now.

Why do western Governments support corruption in Africa Through the use of their Banks? Why don`t banks like HSBC, Barclays and others question huge deposits of Money from individuals within African Government? Why dont the Banks reject this huge deposits from individuals and report to the appropriate channel if really they are really up in fighting corruption amogst African Government leaders.Do you know that this deposits will never be retrieved if the Depositors Die?-The Home Government of tht Bank pockets the account Balance- Who else believes with me that the so called Fight against corruption in Africa is a charade and a ploy to suck us dry.To make matters worst, western press especially SKYNEWS, don`t seem to be doing anything about it, they are only interested in painting the whole of Africa as backward continent when actually their leaders( western leaders) are enjoying profits in ARMS DEALING and DRUG SMUGGLING. To them, after all NO BODY CARES ABOUT AFRICA.!!!!

I know in an election we are actually telling our Electorial College who to vote for! But, from what I was told ONLY a few states have laws that say they MUST vote the way of the voters. In other words. Lets say 100% of the voters voted for Candidate A in a state. The electorial College COULD turn their noses on the citizens and then push the vote to the other Candidate. I know they would lose their job for next time, but the damage would already be done. Was I told correctly? Why wouldn't they make this impossible for every state? Seems almost like someone COULD buy the presidency? I mean if a BILLIONAIRE offered everyone in the electorial college a Million Dollars to vote for him and keep it quiet. The candidate could get 0 votes and get MOST of the electorial college votes (except for those few states which WISELY say you have to vote for the winner in the state).

AM I missing something or is it really a hole? I know it is a SMALL hole, but it is still a hole! Right??
