that what the mother wanted me to do since the little boy don't know me as his dad only her partner. so she left to florida and post child support on me she rob me off my rights so she can leave to florida i always paided child support for my son i just stop because of the agreement we had help me please i need answers

no you do not have to pay child support. You have signed away your rights and resposibiliies away. Call the atorney gerenals office and make sure that both states have a copy of the paper work and you should be fine.

The signing over of parental rights does not terminate the support obligation. Only the adoption will do that. Once the adoption order has been signed and the appeals period has passed, you can stop the payments.

If you signed over your parental rights then you will never be responsible to pay anymore child support.

She is now completely responsible for his support since you have signed off parental rights. I hope you don't regret it some day, but what's done is done.

once the adoption is completed the child is the fiscal responsibility of the new parent.
