This is a further part of socialist engineering, as I have said many times before we are heading for a totalitarian state by stealth New Labours favourite tactic. People in the UK should remember Thomas Jefferson's famous words,"Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty!"and "The issue to-day is the same as it has been throughout all history,whether man shall be allowed to govern himself or be ruled by a small elite".

This is taking place in the UK but I didn't find the article you are talking about cause I wanted to kow why they were doing this. I would feel uncomfortable with this. I mean it might aid with prisoners but I don't think it would be worth it!

This is the down side of living in a socialistic society. Wait until they want to turn it more and more communist. You then will have no rights or say-so in how you live your life!
