I am natural born american. I have a foriegn wife and 2 biological children born in a foriegn country (Philippines).

Can my children still get the same benefits as natural born citizens of the U.S.?
Can my children run for President of USA?
Would they be qualified for loans and grant or any other benefits entitled to US citizens.
My children come from my seed although they were born in a foriegn country.
Me and the wife are legally married in the her country.

Can anyone give me answers or lead me to the right answers?

I've been living in Spain since the end of September (24 or 26th) and I have a visa in Spain. When I entered I was required to apply for a foreigners card. I have that card and am allowed to live in Spain for an extended period of time. I want to visit another country that is part of the EU (Hungary). I am worried that I might either be denied access to Hungary or denied return to Spain. Maybe someone has experience with this sort of thing. I would think I would be allowed to travel between the Schengen States but who knows there can always be red tape and all those sorts of things. Any help would be appreciated and oh yeah I am a U.S. citizen.

I was employed with an Engineering Consulting Firm in Dubai. Due to my Mother's health condition, I resigned from the Company, but the Company did not Cancel my Visa. Since it was very Urgent, I did not go to the Labour Court to cancel my Visa. Now four months is over after I left Dubai. Now I am getting job Offer from another companies. But, because of my previous Visa, I could not enter Dubai. I want to know the following to get a new job in UAE.

1. If I did not enter UAE for 6 months, will the VISA get canceled automatically?

2. If it is not so, how to cancel the Visa without entering the UAE? Is there any procedure to cancel the VISA from India.

3. If it is so, do I require a NOC from the previous Sponsor for joining a new Company, even after 6 months.

I am thinking about studying in Croatia but the costs are very high for international students, so how would I go about gaining croatian citizen status?

Thankyou!

I am a bachelor, my petition is approved and
I am going for H1B stamping in Jan 2008 next month.

After that, I will marry in India only in Feb 2008 and
would like to take my spouse to US on dependent visa.

I cannot marry in Jan as the marriage date is fixed in Feb.

Will this be any issue to marry after H1B stamping and
immediately taking my spouse for stamping?

Will it be any issue if both of us go for stamping one week after marriage.
