If there is political persecution that really exists in the country of origin, the asylum seekers are granted legal entry to UK.

not that i know of, right now the UK is extraditing many asylum seekers,
perhaps with a very good attorney? but i very much doubt it.
if you sought asylum for persecution, or politic?
but case resolution in amnesty? is rare,
