For a research that I am doing, I needed to find out a British Immigrant that lived in 1700s in Porto, Portugal.

However, the British Consulate/Embassy in Porto closed down many years ago, and I don't know where they sent all those documents and records of all those British People living in Porto from 1600s until the 20th Century. They must have had a register, but where is it now?

I appreciate any SERIOUS help from any one who has knowledge on these things.

My husband filed fiancee visa in March 2k6.. Embassy did not issue me visa at the time of Interview I have on January, 2k7 since, they said the relationship is not credible & not strong and have returned back case to the california state govt. Now, I married in April, 2k7 and husband filed I130 in July, 2007. how long the Processing time will take ? Can anybody help ???? It is hard to stay away with your loved ones....

I had changed my name some time back, and my passport was issued in my new name. I got my degree certificate attested by saudi embassy with my former name by submitting the gazette publication copy along with my passport.

Now, what additional document should I submit along with my passport, marriage certificate and attested degree certificate(where i have my former name) to sponsor my family?

I believe every business visa is ment to be extended if the time given to the immigrant is not enough to rap up the business deal but the chinese government has refused to extend any visa that is contained in nigerian passport but they extend any other african country except nigeria....since our government(nigerian government)has refused to forward that question to the chinese government,so i decided to bring it up for a better answer.

the hubby is deployed on a serivice passport and wants a US travel passport, i'm applying for mine and wondered if there was anyway he could do his at the same time or if I as a spouse with a specific POA could apply for him ect. Hi, I have schengen visa issued by german embassy in june 2005 and valid until june 2008 and it is type C with MULT number of entries. I visited germany more than three times with this visa and the last time was in july 2007. The question is that can use the same visa to travel to Spain directly from my country (Dubai) without going to germany first? In addtion i want to tell you that i will go to Spain in Feb 2008 for 4 days and at this time my visa will be valid just for 4 months sine it will expire in June 2008. Is 4 months validity OK or there should be a minimum validation of the visa?
