Hi,

My question is that I'm an Italian national living in the UK with my family and our passports expire on the 23th of this month (November) but I contacted the embassy to renew the passport but they gave me an appointment for mid-January. Would there be any problems if my passport is expired until the date of the appointment? or would I be treated like if I was illegal? I've been living in the UK for 9 years and I'm Italian (therefore I have an EU passport).

Thanks!

Francisco, bi-lingual so that the form won't need Chinese translation from English in China, then notorized in China.
This translation of this form is 10 day time consuming step.
I want to avoid as much down time as getting forms as possible. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. DNR

My sister in Jamaica will be interviewed in December for her green card. The national visa center completed its processing and the petition is now forwarded to Kingston, Jamaica. What questions do they ask on the interview and how long after the interview does she get her green card to come to America.

Thanks

have been working as a nanny for us family 2years on my J-1 exchange program visa. I am going back to Czech Republic in couple weeks and applying for F-1 for spring semester. They are going to be my sponsor for student visa, but they are not my relatives. Is there a chance to get it?
I have already been accepted to school so I've got my I-20, they paid for school for my next semester already, I've got affidavit support and letter from them. Is there anything else that could increase chance and help?

-- My parents got 1 year visa, while most people get 10 year. During the interview, they said they will stay for 3-4 months. Could that be the reason of getting 1 year and not more?
(I know people who said 1 month stay, and they got 10 year visa)

Any inputs appreciated.

Thanks.

A disgrace to Australia, as our Foreign Affairs Minister, all he wants to do is bow down to all the Asian countries, try ever so patiently not to offend and lacks the courage to stand and put our views across to a recalcitrant Northern Neighbour ! He belongs in fishnet stockings and not embarassing Australia with hes empathic dribbling anymore.

Hello! I have been issued with a Schengen Visa from France Consulate, the visa is Mult entry, type C (i dont know whats that) and until april 08.

I have already been to France, now I'm back in UK, but i want to go to Spain or maybe Italy in the end of December.

My Question is whether I can go to those countries and use the same visa?
Should I apply for a new one in the Spanish/Italian Embassy?
or should I go to France first and then move freely inside the Schengen area? (thats is the option I rather don't do).

Have you experience something similar?
thanx a lot for replies.
