Of course i meet several italian people works in EEUU and if you speak English very well is better.

An Italian can find jobs in USA especially in pizza and pasta restaurants.

You might be able to find a job, but you need to apply for the correct type of visa before entering the US. There are several different categories. Look here for more information:
