Good that your husband has filed I-130 Immigration petition for you from USA. Now what you should do from India to get early relief & chance to join him in US while his petition is being decided. Here in India you should file application for K-3 Visa. This is a nonimmigrant visa for foreign spouse to join the US citizen spouse. For this application you require specific documents with regard to age, marriage, police report, medical report, etc & sufficient proof of marriage. All these documents should be with regard to the specified International rule & regulations so that these may not be rejected by the US embassy. Once this application & the specified documents are filled & excepted by the US authorities a K-3 visa will be issued to you & you can join your husband in USA even before the I-130 Immigration petition is decided by the US immigration Department. For more legal help with regard to these documents & complete procedure for this application you can contact me. vijay_mahajan5758@yahoo.co.in

The processing time to your new IR-a million petition can take 8 months or extra. First USCIS has to technique and approve it, then it is going to the nationwide Visa middle for a number of extra months, after which it is going to the embassy. you would be contacted back, as quickly because it shows up on the embassy. There incredibly isn't besides to hurry that up, different than to respond as at once as possble while your husband is contacted by utilising NVC and you once you're contacted by utilising the embassy. optimistically by utilising now, you've the means to extra advantageous exhibit your relationship which comprise your husband. otherwise, that's possible that the immgrant visa interview will end the comparable way.

The processing time for your new IR-1 petition can take 8 months or more. First USCIS has to process and approve it, then it goes to the National Visa Center for several more months, and then it goes to the embassy. You'll be contacted again, once it shows up at the embassy. There really isn't anyway to speed that up, except to respond as quickly as possble when your husband is contacted by NVC and you when you are contacted by the embassy. Hopefully by now, you will be able to better demonstrate your relationship with your husband. Otherwise, it is possible that the immgrant visa interview will end the same way.
