My husband filed fiancee visa in March 2k6.. Embassy did not issue me visa at the time of Interview I have on January, 2k7 since, they said the relationship is not credible & not strong and have returned back case to the california state govt. Now, I married in April, 2k7 and husband filed I130 in July, 2007. how long the Processing time will take ? Can anybody help ???? It is hard to stay away with your loved ones....

Here in India you should file application for K-3 Visa. This is a nonimmigrant visa for foreign spouse to join the US citizen spouse.
