This question is only for people who have visited mexican embassy in paris, other please don't bother. Don't they sound rude? May be they need more training on CRM (customer relation management).

People who comes to the embassy needs attention. Thus, employees in the Mexican Embassy must attentively listen to people who needs their help.

The people I have met with there are no different than in any other foreign mission - they feel overworked and underpaid, constantly dealing with people coming in who may not have realistic expectations about what can or cannot be done to accommodate them.

i think they are LUCKY!!
maybe the rude rubbed off on them.but that happens to nacos who travel.they forget without that job they´de be my maid!!!
