I am natural born american. I have a foriegn wife and 2 biological children born in a foriegn country (Philippines).

Can my children still get the same benefits as natural born citizens of the U.S.?
Can my children run for President of USA?
Would they be qualified for loans and grant or any other benefits entitled to US citizens.
My children come from my seed although they were born in a foriegn country.
Me and the wife are legally married in the her country.

Can anyone give me answers or lead me to the right answers?

Nope, they can't be President of Vice President. They have to be born here for those two jobs, but everything else is open to them, just like any other citizen.

i think you have to do someting in a foreign country they are born in to make them dual citizens ? speak to an atty to know for sure.
