In this case I have an American passport. My Dad is British and registered my birth with the British Consulate before I was one year old (in 1988). I am leaving for the UK and will use my US passport for re-entering the USA. But I would prefer to use my UK passport to enter the UK so I can work there. But it won't have any stamps in it. This could cause questions at US immigration (perhaps)

I would like to see a picture of a Russian visitors visa. A friend says she has one to come for a visit but I have heard elsewhere that they are almost impossible to get so I would like to know is the one she emailed to me is a real one or if it is something someone just made up. It has her picture on it and looks original enough but without seeing what a real one looks like it is hard to know.

Does any one know if there is any way to report emails so they are traced & people are prosecuted, possibly hung, drawn & quarted, Tarred & feathered, and shipped to the corners of Nigera as an example to stop spaming us with such bogus, scandalous email.

I have heard two stories: 1) that the State Department warned Americans to leave Lebanon BEFORE the attacks halted travel; and 2) that the State Department did not begin urging Americans to leave until AFTER the attacks started. Which is true? A friend told me that the reason there are so many Americans stranded in Lebanon was because they ignored warnings by the State Department to leave before any of this happened, but I cannot find any evidence on the internet that indicates that the State Department urged ANYONE to leave Lebanon before the attacks.

Im not going to ask this in terms of whether its fair or not to those involved because I know too well that life isnt fair. Why does service of the country seem to involve so much sacrifice of self? I realize to create a strong unified nation it does take sacrifice on the part of every person, but in our current climate is the risk always worth the possible benefits?

I remember a story I once heard about Winston Churchill. The event took place during WWII. Someone was with WC at 10 Downing Street and the visitor (I think it might have been the American Ambassador) asked why he, Winston, believed in God. WC looked out the window and, seeing a Hassidic Jew pointed and said, "Because he exists."

Is this an accurate quote?
