Um, yeah, make a Palestinian state. I can't believe people forget this war over Jerusalem started thousands of years ago, and people like Nancy Pelosi, Rice and Clinton are going to make some solemn speaches, shake hands, and come up with a "real" solution. It's not that simple!! They don't understand what it's all about.

This makes me really angry, who cares if John Howard got it wrong, he is so busy running our country he doesnt need to know the exact interest rate. Kevin Rudd got it right, but he also proved that he had seen John Howard's interview before his own was conducted, talking about the so called debate 'worm' which John Howard mentioned in his. Tracy Grimshaw told John Howard the correct interest rate and Kevin Rudd would have seen that too. The whole interview was biased to portray John Howard in the negative and Kevin Rudd wasn't given any grief. It really annoyed me.

What are your thoughts on the people running for next election already advertising. I think its really annoying. The election isn't for a long time. Although its important to know their views, do you believe this is overkill?

Here we go again with the Tax cut thing. Sadly many will vote for Johnny for a couple of extra dollars in the pocket but don't they stop and realise that no sooner do Tax cuts come through than prices go up and often more than the Tax cut that's been given.

Things like Private Health Insurance, utilities and food all rise soon after any cuts.

Stop and think people!

The plan to blame Democrats, is based on Republican expectations "that many more things will get worse for America next year."

Also keep in mind, that next year Republicans are defending (losing) twice as many Senate seats, as are the Democrats, who are defending only half as many as the GOP.

As far as Congressional elections, Polling reports show that Americans are overwhelmingly against electing a Republican to Congress in 2008 (link below)

http://www.pollingreport.com/cong2008.htm

Republicans appear to be facing a "perfect storm" in the 2008 elections, and risk becoming as obsolete as the Whig Know-Nothing party of 1856.

I previously asked a question if the American people felt that our Elected officals are over paid and I asked them if they thought that it was fair that they could vote themselves a raise when they wanted one. I also asked if the People thought that they should have to be on Social Security instead of having the special health care plan that they have. The Answer was absoultly YES! So with that Established How do we stop them from receiving special medical plans, and how do we stop them from voting themselves a raise?

My recollection is that Eisenhower and Stevenson were convention picks, of course Truman and FDR were convention picks. It seems like the primary process has been reduced to sound bites and media pundits running the show. How about going to Party Conventions. Maybe they can find another Lincoln rather than the bush league Bush and or the classless Clintons.
