When you say they let me clarify the they are not the dems. Business has been thinking about this for years. Your articles from 2003 and 2005 show this.

Bush supports a national ID and many support that idea. In general the dems oppose this, but I don't know that anyone of them opposes it more than another.

To answer the ?, I think almost any dems would be safer than the republican choices this time out.

Other than as a punishment for specific criminal violations -- they CANNOT implant them in humans without consent.

It's a direct violation of constitutional guarantees of bodily integrity -- and I cannot imagine any US Supreme Court -- no matter how conservative -- saying that the govt has a right to perform surgery on people or implant objects in their body without their consent -- bodily integrity goes way beyond privacy as being a fundamental right.

So, while Congress may attempt to pass such a law -- it would never survive constitutional scrutiny -- at least not until we've crossed the line entirely into fascism and the constitution is finally abolished as "just a dang piece of paper".

None of the socialist pro-amnesty candidates are good!

They can't force you to have anything implanted in your arm.

Your first article is about biometric things regarding IDs. They have biometric things at Disney World using your fingers. That doesn't mean anything is implanted.

I don't know. What's so bad about microchips? Most Americans already use cell phones, probably the easiest hacked, easily tracked piece of technology in use today.
