Hey, great. It's a good time to vote, if you're willing to vote for the candidate YOU think is best. You have a wide selection to choose from.

As for me, I am voting for the man who brought the draft to an end in the US.

I am voting for the man who read the Pentagon Papers into the public record, revealing the long tale of lies and deceit that kept our soldiers in Viet Nam.

I am voting for the man who battled Nixon all the way to the Supreme Court, and won.

I am voting for the man who pushed for the Alaska pipeline, to reduce the danger of oil tankers wrecking in the Arctic.

I am voting for the man who will not get us into new immoral foreign invasions.

I am voting for the man who will end the military and corporate occupation of Iraq.

I am voting for the only candidate who wants to give the People the real power in our government.

I am voting for the man who talks sense in the debates, even though the media's sheep baa baa baa their mindless laughter, and shove him to the side.

I am voting for the man who sometimes seems angry at the direction the other candidates are trying to take us, because ANGER IS THE CORRECT RESPONSE to what is happening to America.

I am voting for Mike Gravel.

If YOU were never drafted, you owe it to him to listen. Then decide whether to vote according to your own choice, or to vote for whomever the media pundits tell you to vote for. Do you have the guts to TRUST YOURSELF?

Mike Gravel: let the people decide.

Congratulations and I'm proud to hear that you plan on voting. No one can or should tell you who you should vote for. This is something that you need to research and form a serious opinion of your own. As most of the candidates are senators or have held public offices, check their websites and also check the senate voting records. I love to pull up the voting records of our elected officials to not only see what they voted for or against, but to see how many things they did not even vote on in fear of offending someone. The voting records don't lie!

My opinion is Ron Paul!

However for him to get on the ballet he has to be nominated first.
So, to vote in the primary election in your state read this stuff:

http://www.votesmart.org/election_president.php

Once the state by state primary elections are over there's a lot of money spent advertising for the "General" election which is held in Nov. of 2008.

To really get educated by local people in your area about politics& meet some GREAT people, you might want to check this site out:

http://www.meetup.com/topics/polact/cand/pres/

Notice on this last list exactly who "We The Peoples" choice is!
Good Luck!

Clinton! Smart, educated, passing in the top 1% not the bottom 1%, Knows the ins and out's of Washington and we will finally get a real foreign policy. Clinton already has had a relationship with most world leaders for decades! She won't screw the poor to give to the rich, and I am sure she will try and clean up the mess we have to clean up after every Republican president! She willing to take on the tough issues, including a 6 year war and a 4 Trillion dollar deficit and uncontrollable Republican spending!

Mitt Romney.. he ran a more than one state well, despite being in the minority party (is say, Massachusetts is a Dem/Kennedy state). He seems aware, seems focused and energetic enough... and might establish a cabinet with the best of the GOP/Dems. He's above all GOPers, so far (who have flaws), may choose a strong running mate, to make a good "ticket". And there's NO Dem-candidate with anywhere NEAR the experience in managing govt's, budgets, etc. that he has over his terms... the Dem party does it with smoke & mirrors and wants you to vote AGAINST someone, not based on real-life accomplsihements. You vote "brands" over real substance -- and that's sad.

you've come of age at a very bad time. since dennis kucinich, and possibly mike gravel stand no chance of taking the nomination, and the republicans are all serious misfits, it's time for america to vote: None of the Above.

My Hillbilly Hillary I'll be voting for!

I believe she has the best chance of reversing most of Bush's bad laws he amended and pass over the last few years.

Now that would be funny to see another Gore / Clinton ticket in 08 ... lol!
