From an interested Australian. Will it be the first female, Segolene Royal from the Socialist party, to run France with what sounds like socially more generous policies or a swing to a more right wing conservative male?
With the little knowledge of it I possess, I hope Segolene Royal will win.

I thought Hillary and Obama both did well. I think Kucinich showed he is too weak and idealistic, and Gravel came across as a lunatic. The others were just there. What did you think? Have you made up your mind who to vote for?

Do you vote on something just because they are a democrat or a republican or do you go for the issues?

New polls are in and they show that only a meager 45% would vote for an atheist while 53% wouldn't. So to the 53%: why won't you vote for an atheist?

Why do people think giving everyone the right to vote is a good idea? Socrates (who is smarter than you I might point out) was derisive of democracy, calling it nothing more than mob rule. Considering how many people vote without truly knowing the issues, I think it's hurting America more than it's helping. I'd rather less people vote who actually know the issues than a great deal of idiots vote for another idiot (see: 2004 and 2000 elections). Your thoughts on this?

Orangeburg SC is a very small town that is 90% black 35 miles from the state capital. Was it for show, are they looking for black votes in a white republican state.

Actually, he will be the best choice. With another president that can not understand anything other than his own race, we are going to suffer. This is a multi-national country, and we need a president that can address equality. It is what he is about, and no other person running can even, come close to understanding what I just said.

The hundreds of phone calls I received from every candidate's headquarters and every volunteer for every issue on the ballot in the last election was extremely annoying, to the point where the phone was ringing 5 to 6 times per hour. A phone call is not going to sway my vote, I make my decisions based on my own research and opinion. This law should pertain to elections as well. If it's illegal for telemarketers to call your home if your number is on the "do not call list" then it should be illegal for government officials as well. Why do candidates and ballot measure zealots believe a phone call will get them another vote? It has just the opposite effect!!!! Hillary, Barack, Rudy and the rest...DON'T CALL!!!!! I already know who I'm voting for!!!

I'm sure Rudy would say he would. Of Course, if it wasn't for 9/11 he wouldn't be running for president.

But honestly I think Obama or McCain would have taken that memo more seriously!

What would happen if Rudi Guiliani came out and said he was not conservative "enough" for the Republican Party and aimed to run as a Democrat in the Democratic Primary. He's pro choice, pro open border, and anti gun. Would they accept him on the left?

Who thinks tonight's Democratic Debate was just
plain boring? Were they all afraid to question or
attack each other? Not much of a debate in this one.
Still more of their "put-downs" of Bush administration.
Surely the Republican Debate will be much better
next week.

these idiots.

Former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore on Thursday entered the race for the Republican presidential nomination with an Internet-driven announcement he said allows him to talk directly to voters.
If you want to talk to voters than go out and meet them, not hide behind your comp.
Furthermore, they got Goolianai Mc flashback Cain, and last but not least Romney who.
08 is gonna be great for dems again just like the take over of the house and senate.

The House passed a bill that would create two more seats in the House and set one of them up in the District of Colombia. This would allow the U.S. citizens who live in D.C. to have congressional representation. Bobby Jindal voted to not allow these U.S. citizens to have representation in Congress. Why?
