I'm sorry, dwm, I tried to find a podcast for you, but unless it's available on iTunes (which I'm not a subscriber to, so I can't help you there), there doesn't appear to be a podcast.

MSNBC does, in fact, have a video viewer though, so if you don't mind watching it at your computer, you can click the link below and view the debates. I know that wasn't what you were looking for, but it was the closest I could get to what you were hoping to find.

Sometimes we are forced to settle for less than what we'd like to have. I apologize for not being able to find it.
