They love to say Universal health care, Socialism are great but hate when anyone buys from Wal-Mart. I check my labels and buy American at Wal-Mart whenever it is an option.

Man killed in Auburn Hills apartment

AUBURN HILLS -- Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Saturday morning in an apartment in the 2600 block of the Beacon Hill Apartments.
Officers responded to a call at the home around 2:30 a.m. and found a 21-year-old Pinckney man fatally shot, Auburn Hills Police said in a press release. The man was shot once in the head and pronounced dead at the scene.
Police found several people who were buddies in the home and identified a 22-year-old South Lyon man as the shooter, the release stated. The people had been at the apartment since Friday evening, police said.
Auburn Hills Police declined further comment Saturday afternoon. Management for the apartment complex would not comment on the shooting.
Oakland County prosecutors are expected to review the case in the next two days, the release said.

Is it better to kill them, or wound them. One shot seems to be enough to stop a assailant. But one shot is often not fatal.
From a legal stand point. assuming that all things are right and I was in fear for my life and the assailant had present ability to kill or greatly harm me.

UBL claimed that the US was too weak, did not have the will to carry on the fight. He said that they could not beat the US Army, but they could beat the US people.

I was raised with the idea that dropping the "bomb" was what caused Japan to surrender. I have recently heard that a greater motivator may have been Russia's declaration of war against Japan as that was feared more than future bombings. Does anyone have any facts concerning this? Both parties wage wars against non-enemies (Iraq under Bush I;Somalia, Bosnia, and Kosovo under Clinton;Afghanistan and Iraq under Bush II). Both parties strongly support "mental health" scams, which include proscribing the anti-depressant murder drugs that lead to school shootings. Both parties support Social inSecurity and Farm Subsidies that pay farmers not to grow food. Both parties support the unconstitutional IRS tax and Federal Reserve.

Why don't the American people see through this charade and realize that there is absolutely no difference between the parties.

Don't you realize that they are running away from the extreme poverty caused by the blockade?
Same with Mexico... The USA won the Mexican-American war... doctrine monroe... Guadalupe Hidalgo Treaty...The USA controls Mexican economy... If the USA helps Mexico to have a sane and better economy Immigrants wouldn't need to emigrate ilegally!!!!!
besides that corruption exists in both sides....

People have asked me, “Why do you wait two to three seconds after stopping completely (the car feels like it rolled back after braking) at a four way stop sign interception when you know there are no cars?” My answer is that I am just following the law. I neither want to be involved in an accident or receive a roll stop (pause) ticket. I know that it is a hassle, but I always tell others you could never be too sure if a reckless drunk decides to run a stop sign. Also, what happens if there is a cop hiding around the corner?

Now, my question is: personally, do you stop completely because:

(a) you feel it is the law
(b) you are trying to be alert (watching for careless people that run stop signs)
(c) you are checking to see if no cop are hiding around the corner

So,
my brothers girlfriend of 2 years at the time, had an STD and she knew about it becuase someone raped her and thats how she got it... My brother didnt know this until AFTER they had been intimate... And even then she didnt tell him until a year later when it was to late to do anything about it. Its not HIV but its still an STD that she INTENTIONALY gave to him. Is there anything that he can do? He can take her to court right? cant he put her in jail? or something?
