Americans are supportive of our allie's troops, as they give their lives for the cause of the moment the same as our troops do. Yet over and over I see the British trashing our troops, and this included the British military. They say our troops are arrogant and in the same breath call themselves the best. American troops treat Coalition troops like brothers both to their face and behind the backs. Don't they teach loyalty and honor in the U.K.?

It is funny how derailments and plane crashes and subway accidents and closures are never really explained. And then there are those gas leaks and other things. On the other hand, is our government swift enough to actually do this?

i have resigned from my job after many months of disciplinary actions, which i felt were unjust. in short, i felt i was being picked on.

i wrote a letter of grievance, but it was ignored. so a month later i resigned with a months notice. i think i am within my right to seek a constructive dismissal case.

however, now, (2 weeks before my leaving date), my employer wants to discuss my grievances.

why would he want to talk now?
should i accept this offer of a meeting?
if i refuse, would i jepordise any claim?

cheers.
