Rumors - No matter what the media says - the oligarchy rules. You know - headlines - Feds won't interfere with State's rights on medical pot, then a week later, the feds raid again in CA. Over a long battle over many years, pot may be more legal than it is now. Even better if hemp were legal too - so we could use it like it has been used for 6,000 years - hemp always makes countries rich - if they use it. No more need to import oil, cut down trees, etc. And less alcohol use.

It is legal with some conditions in Holland.
As for your statement that weed has been put on earth by God for He thinks that it is good for us, can be contradicted by the many poisonous plants that He planted, such as,

Candelabras Cactus
Carolina Jessamine
Castor Bean
Century Plant (Agave)
Chinaberry Tree
Dumbcane
Eucalyptus
Foxglove
Jimsonweed
Lantana
Mexican Bird of Paradise
Mistletoes
Oleander
Philodendron
Pothos
Silver Leaf
Texas Mountain Laurel
Tree Tobacco
Virginia Creeper
Yellow Oleander

The smoking of weed, will eventually affect your mind and health.

Seems like it's already legalized. People from all walks of life and all over are smoking weed. Law enforcement in one some areas are lax when it comes to enforcing laws against marijuana.

Don't think the federal government should have anything to do with with whether or not marijuana is legal.

Should weed become legal? yes
This was a very stupid law to begin with.

*suddenly thinking of Bob Sagat in the movie Half Baked* lol

Oh, and I don't even smoke weed!

Well Alcohol was once banned. I'm sure Weed will be legal in a few years, and it will become a multi-million dollar industry.

It is for some of us in some states. Of course at the moment you have to have health problems to be legal.

I feel if they can legalize alcohol, clearly one, if not the biggest killer drug there ever was then they should let something like marijuana be legal.

How would the government tax it, this is the question.....

Where the hell u been for the last ten to twenty years. Medicinal Marijuana has been legal for several ailing people for yrs. So if u want to smoke legal weed get seriously sick and the government would supply it for u even. How's that?

It's less harmful than alcohol, cigarettes, and most prescription and non-prescription drugs. Legalizing it, and taxing it at 20%, would EASILY pay for Social Security for the next 100 years. 400,000 people are arrested every year for Marijuana possession. 12 BILLION dollars is spent every year trying to combat it, and we're still losing the war on drugs. If we made it legal, the DEA and FBI and local law enforcement could focus their time on the REAL killers.. coke, meth, crack and heroin.
