My Eskie was attacked tonight by 2 Irish Wolfhounds and an Akita. It was horrific and I honestly didn't think she would survive, as they were quite obviously out to kill. It took 3 men to wrestle down the three large dogs and get them away from mine. My dog is now in the hospital with several deep tear wounds and a very deep laceration on the neck. I of course want justice and would like to know how I can handle these other dogs. Anyone know how about laws against vicious dogs? How to put a record on these dogs...? I really don't know where to begin. By the way, so far the other owner is being compliant.

I fed my dog beneful for a mere 2 days and it made her sick and she threw it up all over my beige carpet and I am not able to get the red out of the carpet from the ungodly dye they put in the red pieces of food. I called beneful and asked them If I could be reimbursed for carpet cleaning or at least for the amount of all the carpet cleaning products I have bought. Do you think they should reimburse me? I have tried everything on the market to remove these stains but alas it has ruined my carpet. So do you think they should reimburse me for the cost of cleaning or repairing my carpet?

I get very emotionally attached to animals, I have several cats and a dog, I was looking at adding a guinea pig to my family and I want to know how long they live. I had a teddybear hampster and I was devestated when she died at 5 years old. Our vet said I should stay away from short lived animals and our animals tend to live a long time. (All of our cats and dogs we have had in the past have lived into their 20's)

I thought it was dishwashing liquid until today when I saw a question about giving a rabbit Trix and most people answered that Trix is for kids.

I've seen ads for "Meerkat Manor" and they are just adorable creatures!! Does anyone know if these animals can be domesticated? I know my dad had a raccoon as a pet when he was young and am just wondering if these are animals that can become housepets too? They just look like they'd make the cutest pet!

They are much better looking than people, even old cats are pretty.

They sleep 18 hours a day, don't have to work, poop in a sand box maintained by a human.

If they are allowed outside they get to hunt for the fun of it and can play with whatever, coming inside if it becomes cold or starts raining, or if hungry.

Cats allow humans to take care of them and allow humans to pet them, giving only a purring sound in return.

If a cat is unhappy with the treatment it recieves at home they can pick up and leave, finding a widow to lavish them( It happened to me).

Cats are intelligent, urbane , suave and do almost everything with finese.
Except maybe that cleaning the butt thing with the leg straight up in the air.

Dogs aren't in the same category, not even close.

If I believed in evolution I'd say cats are at the top of the heap.

Do you agree?

Does anyone have 2? I have one rabbit (Simon) and he is really not hard to take care of, because i have the time for him, does anyone think it would be alot more difficult to get another,or not really? i would most likely get a female, and have them both neutered.. lol, no baby bunnies for them. :)
