I recently got an A. Avicularia (pink toed tarantula). This is my first tarantula. Consequently all I have is just the small pet cage that the store sold me with the spider, and a couple of crickets that are in the cage, sponge with water, shallow bottle cap with water, and a small lightweight garden pot. All that it's doing lately is just hanging on the side and doing nothing else. It hasn't eaten yet, but there are some mummified crickets that were in the cage that it had been staying in. What kind of equipment do I need to buy for my new fuzzy friend to live comfortably?

White Pekin duck, Rio Grande turkeys, Canada geese, or Khaki Campbell ducks? (they all come as chicks/goslings) Please explain your answer.

Why do my chickens snort at me when I pick them up? Sometimes they make a wheezing sound but most of the time it is a sniffing-snorting sort of noise. Are they trying to tell me something?

They have a tank with dirt and two large water areas, they are small about the size of a thumb nail. Need to know what they eat and if they need anything special for winter. Found the frogs in NE Ohio USA. They do have a high pitched chirping and cling to the walls.

My daughters friend caught a tree frog for her to keep as a pet this summer, so far I have been able to feed him crickets and flies that I have caught but now that it is getting cold they are not around anymore and I can't get to a pet store to buy crickets, I thought about letting him go but I am worried he will freeze outside after being in a warm house, what should I do, keep him and risk him starving or let him go and risk him freezing?

Hi... Our Daughter bought a rabbit at an auction, he is a mini rex and we were told he was born in April... anyhow we got him 2 weeks ago and have noticed one of his teeth is extending up into his nostril.. (tooth from bottom jaw)
he hasnt eaten any of the carrots we have given him (he does eat the pellets) and doesnt chew the wood like her other rabbits... so either this is the cause or the symptom.. I am going to call a vet in the morning but wondering if anyone knows what they can do for him or if their is anything I can do?
thanks
