Now, I have to ask this because far too often I see people say/write things about how veterinarians are trying to rob them for money, and overcharge them for animal care.

Personally, I'm a pre-veterinary major and my choosing to get into this field, had absolutely nothing to do with money. I want to help animals, to the best of my ability. I also realize that pricing is mostly if not partially funded towards medical needs for the hospital/clinic itself.

Your opinions, thoughts, views on the matter?

I have never owned one before but I would love one, I have 3 cats and was wondering If the cats would attack it if it was full grown.
Are they expencive to own?
I don't have a fence around my yard will that matter?, will it try to run away?
What can I feed it apart from hay?
Please give all the info possable thank you.

I'm looking to lease a Morgan horse in Missouri for riding and local shows. Nothing big, just a step higher from my mare who can't be ridden for awhile. I can't find any online through Dreamhorse, Horsetopia, and Equine.com for leasing, only buying. The farrier/vet doesn't know of anyone, neither do tack shops. All I want to do is lease one, not buy. Any suggestions?

Any help is appreciated.

Lets face it, pets are just domesticated wild animals. They cause trouble to owners for many reasons, pet owners have at least 1 of these problems if not all....1)they stink up the house...2)they tear clothes/ furniture apart.....3)they need constant supervision....4)they incurr medical expenses.....5)you need to dish out thousands of dollars for their food/accessories....6)they make noises at the weirdest hours....7)they will defecate, vomit, and urinate where they shouldn't....8)they make guests feel uneasy.....9)they live short lives, so they will die and break your heart everytime......10)they'll make a mess, then you have to clean up after them.....11) you have to feed them and walk them which is like a full time job.....there are tons of other reasons why pets should be in the wild. I would give up their friendship over all the negative things they bring on to a family.

We have moved home and just found out that the pond close to our back door has breeding frogs in it and been told that we could have about 100 frogs around the house very shortly. Can any advise how to remove them for now and forever from the pond?

When reoprting somone for not taking care of their pets (they had gone through a number of animals all of which died at an early age due to neglect) I was made to feel I was in the wrong and wasting the RSPCA's time.

I heard that you should only jump your horse once a week? Is this true? Wouldn't you be able to jump a fitter horse more often, etc.

They are always starving and I have to feed them! But I went outside this morning and one of the goats was dead! I went to tell them and they just came outside and looked at it. Then they said, "well since the male died, the female can't make anymore babies. we'll just wait till it dies!" they just left the dead goat there! This seems very wrong! Does any one know how I can get rid of the goat? Also, isn't it against the law to treat animals this way???

I think it's wrong. People who test on animals should test on themselevs to see what it feels like.

Unheard They Cry
In Agony They Linger
In Lonliness They Die"
