In Montpelier, Vermont, they hold a Town Meeting Day. On the agenda of that meeting will be a request that they charge George Bush and Dick Cheney with International War Crimes.
Vermont is the only state in the Union that Bush has not visited. It may remain the only state in the Union that he does not visit. Even though the state's Attorney General said that such a movement would have "dubious legal value," the townsfolk feel it is their duty to bring the question before the board.
Is Montpelier, Vermont, the most courageous state in the country, gathering the courage to object to the lies that led to the Iraq War? Or are they just sulking because of Presidential neglect and want to call attention to their town?
