What killed Benazir Bhutto, bullets or the blast?

At first we were told the Lady was shot but then the official view stated the blast knocked her against a handle or some blunt instrument. There would no doubt be more info if all those video phones had survived the blast...maybe they did or have since vanished? However, I guess you duck when you hear shots and so miss getting the vid, unless of course people threw themselves valiantly to protect her?

Every one has reached a unanimous decision, it was "Murder by Death" however, no one knows for sure who the ghost writers are working for.

A bullet killed her. However President Pervez Musharraf had rebuffed US entreaties for beefed-up security, and US officials were reluctant to press Musharraf too hard for more security,American officials resisted deeper involvement, saying they did not want to start "micro-managing the security arrangements of another country." although they had no problem providing direct security , such as the private contractors they arranged for Afghan President Hamid Karzai and for top leaders in Iraq.
Benazir Bhutto wanted to use private international security contractors for her own protection,but Musharraf was unwilling to provide the necessary approvals for them to operate in Pakistan, even though Bhutto was willing to pay for them herself.

Richard Engel reported on NBC tonight that the assassination may have included 2 attackers, and perhaps 2 targets. Amateur video shot during the attack shows one man with a gun, apparently firing at Bhutto, followed immediately by the blast which appears to have been triggered by another man. He said this may have been a deliberate tactic to divert the attention of Bhutto's security people, and enable the bomber to get closer. The skull x-ray and eyewitness accounts, however, would seem to support a gunshot through the head as the cause of death.

According to her best friend, a bullet went through from one side at the back of Bhutto's neck and exited out the other side. If that's the case, that would be enough to seriously/mortally injure her. Add to that the bomb blast and dropping into the car with force and possibly hitting her head, she had no chance.

The "official" version was that she hit her head on the top of the car but judging by the amount of blood on the seats of the car this would seem unlikely. As she was filmed going down in the car before the blast my guess is that she was in fact shot. As the gunman was only a few yards away he could hardly have missed

Pakistan's Interior Ministry said Bhutto, 54, died from a fractured skull after hitting her head on a piece of the vehicle.

Dr. Mussadiq Khan of Rawalpindi General Hospital, who treated Bhutto before she was declared dead, said she had "a big wound" on the side of her head "that usually occurs when something big, with a lot of speed, hits that area."

3.Benazir Bhutto hit her head on her sunroof
4.A combination of more than one thing

Another strong one is taking out.. the people that show strength (in these circumstances) leave themselves open for the kill, I cant help thinking her OWN security force was behind her murder...but thats my thinking..if you look at the way they paraded her through the streets with her head sticking out from the top of the car along with letting the public actually get close to the car then it was a sure thing that she was going to be assassinated at some time...

Now, sources ARE claiming it was 3 bullets in her neck and head...On TV, a man who saw her body in the morgue said so...it would seem that her family could view her body?? Maybe they are afraid to say?? Not sure why they would not say something...unless she doesn't have any family members?

Edit- Here is the latest news link. Now the hospital doctors are scared to talk. They say the govt. took her medical records right after they announced the time of death and are putting extreme pressure on them not to talk.

Okay, she was standing through the sunroof of her vehicle. On the news, they said someone shot her in the neck. But then they got updated news saying that when the bomb blast, she hit her head on the sunroof and died. That's what I heard.

It was said in the news today, that she sustained a fatel head injury as she was blasted into the vehicle, catching her head on a lever which opened the car roof.
