I find what ever site I go to there seems to people making jokes and talking ill of Steve. This is someone Husband and someone Father. I makes me angry. Yes I know everyone entitled to their freedom of speech, but this man was out there to teach us about the animals that need us to save there planet. Respect is what we should be showing his family. In times like this people need to follow the one golden rule in life: If you can say anything nice, then dont say anything at all.

Can anybody provide more information or a response?

I posted the following comment on a MySpace bulletin about Steve Irwin, and my boyfriend got really mad:

"If I were a crocodile, I'd be happy for our hero who defeated our number one enemy, THE INFAMOUS CROCODILE HUNTER. I'd probably go to the local lake to get drunk on seaweed with my crocks to celebrate. BUT! I am a human being, so I must stay faithful to my peeps and jump on the bandwagon by saying how sad this hunter guy's death is. (And it is. Now, if I were his wife or any of his children, I'd be devastated. AH. The beauty of subjectivism)."

He said that I had no idea who he was, that he did a lot of research, and blah blah. He has a point. I was trying to be satirical by saying that if we don't like to be studied like lab rats, crocodiles probably don't like to either. Now, I don't know if he ever killed a crocodile "in defense..." Does anyone know if he did? If he did, he was wrong, because he was in THEIR habitat. But anyway. What do you guys think or a little sarcasm?

I want to hear from both sides,
Majority ( including myself) doesn't believe that anyone has the right to see Steve Irwins last moments... Apart from common sense what brings you to this conclusion?

To the opposition, What makes you believe you have the right to see it? Is it a sick fascination? Or are you heartles?

I sometimes wonder if we push to far into stars lives, it seem sas though the media goes to far, but then again, they make a ridiculous amount of money and if they don't really didn't want to be bothered, then don't live in hollywood right?...I mean, their are plenty of stars who skate below the radar because they don't need the attention. Then their are people like Tom Cruise who love the attention when they are promoting a movie...but when they are getting slammed, they all of the sudden want to disappear?

Let me ask this, did anyone feel sorry for Paris Hilton today??

There should be no way that they'll get acquitted unless the Rodney King jury reunites. They might as well cut their losses and plead to a second degree offense.

I look how the Jews and Arabs fight over the land, with all sides claiming rights to the land in that region and I see in another 2000 years or so, perhaps the same fight taking place between Canada and the US. Sure religion may not be involved, yet land disagreements could come after a war or 5 between us two friends now.

I know many people don't know about this war going on for years. It is one of the USA' s best kept secrets, but yet this war goes on. I even heard plans about a large wall being built on the border to keep the two states at bay. Living in Minnesota, we see many escaping the violence and war in this state, like Montana and Nebraska..

"As a seasoned researcher of al Qaeda messaging, communiqués, chat rooms, forums, various intelligence sources and documents I have noticed a growing sense of dissention within the ranks of those individuals and factions comprising al Qaeda. There seems to be a concern in the al Qaeda structure over the growing division between the Shi’ite and Sunni sects within the Islamic following. The division is quite obvious in the Iraqi theatre and is spilling over into other regions. It is becoming increasingly obvious within the hard-core Islamic jihad sites on the internet. For example, Shi’ite computer hackers are taking down Sunni sites and Sunni hackers are taking down Shi’ite websites. There is an obvious expansion of the resentment of how Iran, Syria and Hezbollah have conducted themselves, especially in recent months. This notable division and rivalry is unacceptable to the thinkers and planners of al Qaeda as they need the Islamic cult to be whole and unified to wage war with the West
