There should be no way that they'll get acquitted unless the Rodney King jury reunites. They might as well cut their losses and plead to a second degree offense.

The stupidest part of that tape was when she slapped him with that water bottle. If you're going to hit someone with a bottle, MAKE SURE IT'S FULL!

Are they going to be able to plea bargain? I may be imagining it but I thought I heard that because of the existence of the tape, there would be no possibility of a plea... ??

That's the problem with the American Judicial system they will be given a chance to plea to a lesser charge. It happens all the time in our courts and we wonder why so many people become repeat offenders.

They should just plead. I mean it's on tape, there's no denying what they did. And moreover it was wrong. They would've shut their mouths and ignored the guy instead of assaulting him. The husband needs to take some serious anger management classes.
