Current Events - September 2006

It seems the Muslims are offended by the reference to violence and evil. Just what do they think they are doing in today's world? They are killing thousands of their own people in indiscriminate massacres. They are urging war and death by the sword. They are so cowardly as to not even show their faces. They fight using terror tactics causing political upheaval, economic disaster, and useless misery. This is supposed to want any sane person to want to convert? If this isn't violence and evil on a grand scale, what is? I am not Catholic, but my God teaches tolerance, love and peace. If you believe in God, you must also believe in the Devil. Allah is now siding with the the Devil. If this is not true Islam, then you Muslim's need to start cleaning your own house of God. Comments please.

I mean: all the Pope did was quote a statement made 1500 years ago. They are "offended" by a sentence that claims Islamics are violent and what do they do about it? They pledge to "make war" on the infidels.

P.S. I don't intend to adress all Muslims. Only the usuall fanatics.

Remember, it would have to be right where you live, where people
and neighbors know you. You would have to be buck naked for
the time it took to get arrested, and you'd have to run from the cops
to make a sport of it. This would all be in fun, of course. Surely
you've seen british streakers running from the "bobbies" during soccer games. Same thing, but you would be in front of your neighbors, and the local cops would bust you.

I would do it for half a mill..........how about you folks?

the above link is hilarious, and gets at the jist of what i'm talking
about......remember, instead of a sports stadium, you would be running around your own neighborhood.

The muslims are kicking off again because the pope quoted a historical figure who said Islam embraced violence and was spread by the sword. The muslims responded by threatening to kill all christians for calling them violent ??
To quote "Another militant group in Iraq, Ansar al-Sunnah, also vowed to fight Christians in retaliation.
"You will only see our swords until you go back to God's true faith Islam," it said in a separate Internet statement.
Are moderate muslims not embarassed by the way people behave in the name of their apparent peaceful religion?

Although the Pope does not speak for all Christians, and has apologized for what some might consider insensitive remarks, have the Islamic militants again gone off the deep end and are using any excuse to "declare war" against Christianity?

"We shall break the cross and spill the wine ... God will (help) Muslims to conquer Rome ... (May) God enable us to slit their throats, and make their money and descendants the bounty of the mujahideen," said the statement, posted on Sunday on an Internet site often used by al Qaeda and other militant groups.

In the recent Dog the Bounty Hunter arrest....is it just me or is the government saying that no matter what you do, (rape, child abuse, murder) you are home free as long as you make it to Mexico? Perhaps our President should be more worried about the affairs in out own country rather than whats going on in the Middle East.

The Pope make ssome comments on Islam - Muslims all over the world are outraged.
A Danish cartoon lampoons Mohammed, and Muslims all over the world are outraged.
President Bush mentions "Islamo-Fascists" and Muslims all over the world are outraged.
Iranian President ArmanadenaJerk mentions that Israel should be wiped off the face of the earth. Muslims.... Uh where are they? hmmm,... wait, why aren't they outraged? What is wrong here?

4 Canadian soldiers were passing out candy to children in Iraq, when an Islamic militant tossed a bomb at them, killing all 4 soldiers and who knows how many children. I am tired of hearing how Americans are killing children, when there is no anger ot crying over muslims killing children.
Notice, the liberal media probably won't even mention this, and if they do, they will not mention how many children were killed.
Seems they always want to point the finger at America when civillians suffer casualties.
Where is the outcry now?
