FEMA helped and is still helping hurricane victims here. How long will Hezbollah help in Lebanon? My guess is as soon as they have enough houses to hide in they will be done. Do not forget that they hide their missiles and themselves in amongst the civilian population.

Thats not so much a matter of which is more humanitarian, just a matter of which is actually compitent.
