I am furious, the more i hear about this case and how this guy lived in the neighborhood and was previously arrested for having child pornography and even spend time in jail...how in the world can this guy not have been a consideration for police in Boulder?? Wouldn't it be comon sense to investigate every petophile that lived in the area at that time??

now this guy is saying that he drugged her. They found no drugs in her system. I don't know if I believe this guy. And his ex wife is saying that he was with her in Alabama when the killing happened. I think he may be some nut. Maybe somebody that was obsessed with the case.

He says he did it. He apologized for it. He said he "loves" JonBenet and her death was an accident. He claims to have authored correspondence with the Ramsey family and a documentary director that detailed the event more than he could have known if he wasn't her killer. Still, there is a nagging feeling in me that he is lying. He is too pretty boy/intelligent. I'm not saying he is innocent of any crime. I believe that he is a known pedophile with a history of posession of child porn, according to all reports. However, if he were in Thailand and got caught abusing a child there, he would face a lot worse of a sentence and inhumane treatment than he could get here. He is returning to the US with his face on every tv screen and even with his confession he may well get off the hook for lack of evidence when he recants his story and says he didn't do it. Is the US willing to extradite him back to Thailand in order to stand charges for something he did there if he didn't kill JonBenet?

say that law enfocement has been tracking him for months BUT: What made them suspect him in the first place? Did he get drunk one nihgt and do too much talking? Did he confess? (I know, not likley) but how or why did they suspect him to begin with? I haven't heard the news say that part. Does anyone know?

I think the Ramsey parents were so jealous of they're daughter's success, that they gave permission to they're friend to drug and rape her, and when that happened, Little Ramsey died in the process due to her size verses a full sized adult having intercourse with her, what do you think?

What do you guys think about the killer's ex-wife saying he was in Alabama with her at the time of the murder? Do you think he really did it or does he want media attention? He says he drugged her and then had sex with her but according to the autopsy report no drugs were found in her system.

As he admitted the crime... do you think he deserves it? Why was he in Thailand, as we know it's a paradise for pre-teen and child prostitution? Doesn't he look like a killer? I mean... I remember the movie "Seven", and he just looks like Kevin Spacey staring at everybody like if everything was under control. I think he should die, he is not mentally disturbed, he is a teacher, and he must die for what he did.
