How can he be lying if he gave details about the murder that was never disclosed by police or the news media? Not only to mention his DNA matched. I would be totally shocked if he was cleared but he did confess to details that only the police knew about. sounds like he did it to me. May Patsy and JonBenet rest in peace now as well as their families. truly a tradgedy.

I don't know. I thought so at first, but then his wife said he was reading a lot about JonBenet and Polly Klaus..and that she was with him in Alabama at the time of the murder....But there must be some evidence against him in order for them to arrest him, right?

How can anyone truthfully answer this question when they are not privy to the evidential facts that the District Attorney and police are? What ever became of the legal concept of a presumption of innocence?
