Little Ramsey?

Question

I think the Ramsey parents were so jealous of they're daughter's success, that they gave permission to they're friend to drug and rape her, and when that happened, Little Ramsey died in the process due to her size verses a full sized adult having intercourse with her, what do you think?

Okay, I didn't know answers.yahoo.com has a bunch of narrow minded individuls logged on here, if you are looking for any answer that could be true just for the sake of solving this case, then you are blind, there are several factors that still could be lingering about, just because this guy confessed, dosen't even mean he did it, or like I suggested, he could have been given permission by the parents. You have to look beyond the information given, otherwise you end up putting the wrong people in jail, or setting free an armed killer, this is the problem with society, and it starts with the ignoramous's that have currently aswered this question so negatively.

This is what I think happened based on the secrecy of the case, and the truth, and the relationship between the Ramsey parents and Little JBR. If you think it's sick that I merely suggest the possibilty, then like I've already mentioned, you are blind, such choas exists in the world, and the ones inflicted by it will be the ones denying the existance thereof.

Um, are you forgetting the fact that there was absolutely nothing in the way of evidence or motive that would point to the parents. There was no history of abuse in that family. They passed polygraph tests with flying colors. No, the police pointed the finger at the family because it was the easy way out, and they didn't want to appear incompetent or incapable (which they were) and show the nation they had botched a little girl's murder case. Also, there were no traces of drugs in Jean Benet's autopsy report, so there goes your allegation that she was drugged. There was also vaginal injuries, but not proof of rape. So there goes that. Plus, both the mother and father of JB were successfull people, why would they be jealous of a little girl? I think you are on here because you are a pervert, if I'm getting the right impression from your question. You need to get some councelling and help before YOU hurt a child, in my opinion.

It's hard to say what happened. The world will never know the truth. As for the jealousy of her success, the girl was 6, her success was purely her parents success in training her and making her do those shows. I think her parents were sick for pushing such an adult image and standard of beauty upon her, but that doesn't make them responsible for her death. Yea, maybe this older man "fell in love" as he claims because the girl looked so adult (dressed and make up, not body wise obviously) but i still wouldn't blame the parents for her death. On the other hand if she had lived 20 more years and died from say.. an eating disorder trying to keep up this impossible image her parents set up for her i would blame them.. but that is just me

But, I do know that there were deep problems in that home. We've all seen the videos and saw how that family worked. Or, tried to work. We all know something is amiss. I still believe they were involved.

Also, I don't think the guy that confessed has all his marbles. IMO, he's a peanut and an elephant short of a circus. Besides, any attorney will have that confession thrown out before he's on US soil...or soon thereafter. What else do the police have?

i really dont think this is a viable theory. if they were jealous of her, they wouldn't have showcased her, they would have played down her beauty, if anything. i think the parents were very self involved and thought that spending all of this money on her instead of spending time with her made up for their yuppy neglect. a lot of parents these days spend more time making money or pursuing their own interests instead of giving their kids attention, and then try to make it up by spending a bunch of money on the kids.

by pushing the pagent thing, the parents made JBR feel like she was most valuable as an object--this is what she got attention for, being pretty. and in pagentry, a girl is never pretty enough, she is always being compared and this can make a little girl very insecure. she was probably very lonely and required a lot of reassurance that she was attractive and this would make her suceptable to the advances of a pedifile--she very well might have let him in the house herself after he carefully made friends with her and earned her trust.

That's a little extreme, but I do remember watching something about a mom who was jeolous of her daughter being skinny. So she forced her daughter to eat. The abuses went on until the daughter was shot by the mom and died of infection.

I do not think that is true at all. This was just some sicko who was into sexual things with young children. He said he was "in love" with her, she was a 6 year old kid! he did it. He is a sicko!
