I think it's a very weird situation and he's a very weird dude. Until all of the facts are presented, we'll never be able to make a decent judgment.

Autopsy report also states, that there was some pineapple found in Jon Benet stomach and Patsy told police she didnt feed the child any pineapple that day, could the killer have lured her with a pineapple treat?
There is still a lot that needs to come out....We willl just have to wait and see.....

I still believe someone in the family murdered that child. This man just wants to be in the public eye. Although he does come off as a little wierd. I watched the movie on lifetime and read the story time and time again and i firmly believe her family was involved one way or another.

Police have dealt with this situation for years. A person who has no involvement with a crime spontaneously confesses to it. They just want to attention.
People, especially spouses are *notorious* for creating false alibis! They know a wrong was committed, they just don't want it to be their spouse that did it.
And how many times have we heard this one: "He was such a nice, quiet young man! He would never hurt anyone!"
Let the case play out in the courts, not the media.

I dunno....There is something weird about the whole situation and the family doesn't seem entirely innocent.
But regardless, that guy is just creepy!!! In every photo I've seen of him, he just looks evil. And I know the media often manipulates photos, etc. but in this case, I really think he just looks scary - they didn't have to alter anything to achieve this effect.

The answer will be in the DNA and fingerprint. He is either a killer, or he is a screwball. Either way, as a second grade teacher, he needs to be away from kids!

The ex-wife could be mistaken. It's been 10 years, witnesses make mistakes. I wonder if a toxicology test was even done or if its been hidden from the public.
