'Israel said on Saturday it had recently seized a truck carrying chemicals used to make explosives hidden in bags marked as European Union aid for the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip.

The army said 6.5 tonnes of potassium nitrate were in bags marked as sugar from the European Union for Palestinians in the coastal enclave.'

What do you reckon? Were there really bomb-making chemicals in EU aid bags? Who put them there?
Do you think maybe Israel staged this?

At first we were told the Lady was shot but then the official view stated the blast knocked her against a handle or some blunt instrument. There would no doubt be more info if all those video phones had survived the blast...maybe they did or have since vanished? However, I guess you duck when you hear shots and so miss getting the vid, unless of course people threw themselves valiantly to protect her?

Do you believe our media sources (cnn, fox news, msnbc etc.) give us the full and true story about the world or are they more interested in furthering political agendas, bashing politicians and reporting stories about celebrities?

Since the war on terror started we heard stories about Pakistan and other unstable countries in between stories about Britney Spears and Paris Hilton, and people tend to forget the stories about Pakistan. Now Ms. Bhutto is assassinated and it seems to be a dangerous situation regarding nukes and things like that.

Basically I want to know if the world is more dangerous than most Americans realize. I see other countries suffering from terror attacks and I know if that happened here it would be devastating.

Should Americans arm themselves in case something happens that sends America into a real unrest? Should we worry about these things? Are you worried? Should we think about saving as much money as possible? Should we all get passports?

Just respond.

I asked a question earlier in parenting, I never expected the amount of different answers that varied so much.

So can I ask all the regulars in current events what you all think?

It surprised me so much that people who all bring up babies have so many different views and opinions about how to do things.

It used to be totally news stories. Now it's nothing but sleazy talk shows like Nancy Grace and entertainment.

Why don't they change the name of the network? There's no news involved!

In Montpelier, Vermont, they hold a Town Meeting Day. On the agenda of that meeting will be a request that they charge George Bush and Dick Cheney with International War Crimes.

Vermont is the only state in the Union that Bush has not visited. It may remain the only state in the Union that he does not visit. Even though the state's Attorney General said that such a movement would have "dubious legal value," the townsfolk feel it is their duty to bring the question before the board.

Is Montpelier, Vermont, the most courageous state in the country, gathering the courage to object to the lies that led to the Iraq War? Or are they just sulking because of Presidential neglect and want to call attention to their town?

It's been a while I don't read the BIBLE, but isn't ISRAEL supposed to be surrounded in a siege just before Armaggedon begins???

Also it's been said that worldwide HUNGER is already starting and this is one of the last prophecies to be fulfilled before the advent of Armageddon.

Can you tell where in Apocalypse it tells of Israel's last war and the famine prophesy?

The people who back the Mc canns justify their criminal neglect of three babies under the age of four by saying their parents made a mistake. A mistake, a mistake!, i`ll tell you what a mistake is! And leaving three babies alone whilst you and your other hals nip off to the pub with your mates anything but a mistake, I call that a pre meditated act. Now what do you call that?

The Private Detectives have been unable to find any trace of Maddie, ANYWHERE! We are constantly told of sightings in Morocco, that they knew who had Maddie, that Maddie would be home for Xmas, yet her we are, almost in 2008 and still no sign of Maddie, not even a hair. The lack of evidence to back up an abduction surely only serves to highlight that perhaps the PJ that the British press have systematically tried to destroy may just be telling the truth after all.

I have a friend from Europe, and he thinks that its the U.S.'s fault for millions of people dying in Iraq, he thinks that the U.S. people just want to kill people in Iraq. He doesn't like our government either. I don't think its fair to judge the U.S.'s people, by our government and what happens in war. Do a lot of people think like him? Why?
