Firstly my sympathies to the families of those who were murdered today in Omaha. I always wonder when these horrible incidents occur as to what will it take for us Americans to get serious about the gun control debate. After such atrocities we tend to blame everyone and every thing other than the number of guns that are in our country. Yes I know that many gun owners are very responsible people but that still does not change the fact that every year so many innocent people die here due to gun violence. So what will it take? There has to be a number that will upset even the most devout supporter of the NRA, again most of whom are probably decent, responsible, patriotic people. So what is it, 50, 80 high school kids, 100 people doing their holiday shopping at the mall, 60 kids going to classes at college. What will it take? I'd like to hear your opinions. It sadly took the deaths of 16 kids in Scotland for the UK government to impose strict gun control. We must also have a limit.
